For decades, we have relentlessly studied Mother Nature’s impact on the vines and soils, applied our learnings with viticulture research, and continue to push the envelope. Our viticulture pursuit is not without risk. But the reward is an amazing array of unique flavours to craft our wines. We invite you to see for yourself. Taste the difference.
CABERNET MERLOT
Growing Bordeaux varietals in the Okanagan Valley is challenging with our short growing season. The grapes that do hang on the vine to nearly harvest’s end may be a bit smaller, but they reward us with intense flavours. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot is a full-bodied wine. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot for extra body and tannins. Black currants with layers of spice and vanilla on the nose and extend through to the first sip. Fourteen months of oak barrel aging complete the lingering finish.

Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc is one of those grape varietals that really tells you where its “home” is with only a smell and a sip. The grapes that we selected from two of our estate vineyards highlight the bright citrus and freshly cut herb nature of Sauvignon Blanc from the Okanagan Valley tined with the perfect amount of passionfruit. This wine is dry and zesty beginning with the nose of lemon. Lime and tropical fruit enter the flavour spectrum. Crisp on the finish.

Chardonnay
Our winemaker selects grapes to blend, based on experience, decades of viticulture research and interpreting Mother Nature's impact on the vines. Our crisp Chardonnay exudes fresh citrus and green apple with subtle toasted notes, Taste the difference.
Our signature Chardonnay. This grape varietal is one that we lovingly and meticulously grow on our estate vineyards in Oliver, both east and west Osoyoos, and Naramata. The conditions in each region are different giving this wine layers of complexity, a pleasant roundness and full flavour. The mouthfeel exudes flavours of crisp apple, peach and lemon, with subtle notes of vanilla and spice. The finish lingers on this medium-bodied wine.

Pinot Blanc
This Pinot Blanc delivers on the classic style… mouth-watering acidity with great fruit flavours. This grape varietal thrives in the Okanagan Valley but still requires a delicate hand. Our delightful Pinot Blanc begins with aromas of pink grapefruit and honeysuckle then unfolds into flavourful layers of fleshy nectarines and bright green apple.

Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio is a versatile, food-friendly wine. The mouthfeel is lush and crisp with pear, white peach, and mandarin flavours and along juicy finish. This unoaked Pinot Grigio is a perfect marriage of fruit and acidity. Delicious and refreshing on the palate.
