Our Winemaker’s Notes

Petrichor is that pleasant, earthy smell after rain. For us, there’s nothing quite like the distinct smell of petrichor when rain falls on our dry soil. It brings a sense of renewal and signals that our wines will be harvested to peak potential. Inspired by this experience, we crafted this wine to excite the senses and pair well with moments of rain or shine.

The Petrichor Pinot Grigio is lithe and crisp, with generous ripe green apple, peach, pear and apricot. Sleek and long. Ideal for sushi or grilled-chicken salads.
