signature is on every bottle, our promise of exceptional quality.

TASTING NOTE

I blend this wine from select vineyards, using both early harvest fruit for bright, fresh acidity, and later harvest fruit for ripe and tropical flavours. I age a portion in oak for a little butteriness and a smooth, round finish. Crisp & elegant with apple-pear notes and a hint of oak, with a smooth round finish.
